David Lohan, author of At Freedom’s Crossroads: Making Sense of Modern Slavery.

The panel considered the chapter on Ireland, under the provisions of the Palermo Protocol (2000), fondly known as ‘’the three Ps,’’ Prosecution, Protection and Prevention.
